Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads through direct marketing channel. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using systems. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company goals. Organise time effectively.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales outcomes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
