We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the field. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate deals, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. This position requires a proactive approach to managing your time and organising your daily activities to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Manage your schedule efficiently to maximise time spent with clients in the field.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing client expectations.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
Familiarity with IT products or services is advantageous but not essential.
A valid driving licence is required for travel between client locations.
