The Salesperson is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships to drive growth for WiseUp Team Building. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships with schools and organisations, achieving sales targets, and promoting WiseUp's portfolio of team building services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct school and client visits when necessary to promote WiseUp services.
2. Sales Delivery
Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company policies.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Liaise with Program Coordinator and GM to ensure smooth client handover post-booking.
3. Market & Business Development
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Provide insights to BDM and leadership for service improvement.
Represent WiseUp at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Carry out any other tasks reasonably deemed necessary by management for the smooth running of the business.
