Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
Manage a pipeline of prospects using IT tools and CRM systems to track progress and follow-up activities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback
Drive growth in B2B sales by developing strategic approaches tailored to different industries
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, demonstrating successful negotiation skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to drive confidently within designated territories or regions
Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and organisational tools for effective time management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Experience in customer service environments is advantageous but not essential
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
