Responsibilities



Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients, conducting cold calls, and generating leads to expand the customer base. Manage existing accounts through effective account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Develop new business opportunities by researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and presenting tailored product demos. Conduct territory management by planning visits efficiently and maintaining a strong presence within assigned regions. Deliver compelling product presentations and technical sales pitches to demonstrate value propositions effectively. Upsell additional products or services during client interactions to maximize revenue opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues professionally. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and territory performance metrics for ongoing analysis.

Qualifications



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to support sales initiatives effectively. Strong analysis skills for assessing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Customer service orientation focused on delivering value and building lasting relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
