Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while staying organised.
Qualifications
Proven experience in private domestic sales or a similar role is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A background in customer service is highly desirable.
Proficient in IT applications relevant to the role, including CRM software.
Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
