Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
Present and demonstrate products to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that support sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred; experience in IT sales is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
Highly organised with exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A strong drive for results, demonstrating initiative and motivation in achieving targets.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
