We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent typing and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer and dealing with phone and email enquires
The typing and production of sales brochures and contracts for client approval
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring documents are easily accessible
Occasionally assisting the sale teams with accompany viewings etc.
Assist with the management of office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary
Basic book keeping including the raising of invoices
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements
Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure
Social media advertising skills desirable but not essential
Familiarity with office management procedures is an advantage
