to make sure every customer gets the fast, professional, and seamless service they expect from BFM.
You will be the person who keeps things moving -- ensuring orders are processed, engineers are scheduled, CRM data is flawless, and customers always feel informed and valued.

What you'll do
Keep the customer at the Centre.
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries -- providing clear, timely, and professional support.
Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into long-term partners.
Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
Drive Operational Excellence
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity and visibility across teams.
Process orders, quotes, and documentation quickly and accurately.
Prepare reports and customer insights to support decision-making and performance tracking
Master the Schedule
Manage engineers' diaries for maximum efficiency -- balancing geography, urgency, and workload.
Log and assign service and breakdown cases in Zoho CRM.
Keep customers updated throughout the process and ensure follow-up reports are delivered promptly
Collaborate to Win
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to deliver a unified, high-quality experience.
Spot process improvements and suggest smarter, faster ways to work.
Support business performance by hitting service and communication KPIs
What we are looking For

Previous experience in
sales admin, service scheduling, or customer operations
-- ideally in a technical, Dental, healthcare, or engineering environment
