We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our small and independent but rapidly expanding commercial laundry team. We service throughout the South West of England and this role will primarily focus on maintaining existing customer relations and will ideally suit someone who enjoys meeting people and can use their initiative to offer our customers any solutions they may need. This role will also provide opportunities for developing our existing customers portfolio via up-selling, as well as expanding the business with the acquisition of new customers.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and offer solutions s
Compose and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and their feedback
Work as part of a team to set a high standard of Customer Service
Expand the business via up-selling and New Business opportunities
Visiting customers to discuss their laundry needs and offer solutions to improve their customer experience
Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have a full driving licence
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
