Role Description
You will lead the strategic direction of the Sales & Service Training function, developing and implementing high-impact training initiatives that drive capability, innovation, and long-term success across Allianz's personal lines contact centres (Car, Home, Breakdown & Travel).
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll shape a forward-thinking training strategy that supports business transformation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring training is positioned as a key enabler of organisational growth and excellence.
This is a hybrid role based in either our Leeds or Bournemouth offices, with the expectation to be on-site two days per week.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa 62,500 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
