About us



We're launching an exciting new jewellery & watch boutique in Bath to complement our well-established Personal Jewellery Service. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new launch at ground level - helping to shape not just the in-store experience, but the brand itself as we bring it to life online and offline.

We're looking for someone people-focused, creative, and hands-on; someone who feels just as comfortable chatting with customers in-store as they do filming a behind-the-scenes Reel or helping respond to messages on our socials. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead to help grow our audience, build community, and create content that converts.

Your key responsibilities will include:



In-store sales & customer experience:



Welcoming and helping customers in our Bath store - offering friendly, genuine service and style advice. Managing day-to-day shop operations including sales transactions, replenishing stock, and keeping the space looking beautiful. Picking, packing and processing online orders - keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting with merchandising, styling, and seasonal store displays.

Social media & Brand support:



Capturing real-time, in-store content: including launches, styling, behind-the-scenes and customer moments. Creating and posting content across platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Meta. Responding to DMs, comments and questions in a timely, friendly and on-brand tone. Collaborating on social strategy, CRM emails and content planning with the Marketing Lead. Bonus if you've got experience or interest in SEO, branding, or launching new businesses.

What we're looking for:



Confident, friendly and professional - you genuinely enjoy helping people. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in retail, customer service or a similar people-facing role. Some social media/content creation experience - either professionally or personally - especially with Instagram and/or TikTok. A natural eye for aesthetics, trends and storytelling. Comfortable using your phone for filming, editing or scheduling content (we'll support you where needed). Organised, reliable, proactive - happy to take initiative and pitch ideas.
Knowledge of and/or an Interest in jewellery, fashion or lifestyle brands is a big plus. It would also be a bonus if you've got experience or interest in SEO, branding or launching new businesses.

A hands-on role in a luxury business environment. Direct mentorship from an experienced marketing/brand professional. Staff discounts and sales bonus scheme. Training and placed on the JET 1 jewellery course with room to grow as the brand expands. Flexible working pattern, ideally 4 weekdays + Saturdays. Part of the Bath operation with 50 colleagues onsite helping with training and development.
