As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working alongside our Sales Team on our Drinks campaign, for one of the most well-known brands in the world. You will be handling customer accounts whilst driving extra sales for the brand, and supporting brand growth. We are seeking individuals who are not only enthusiastic and efficient but also possess an outstanding phone manner. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to leads/customers.
Utilise product knowledge and campaign information to engage potential clients and address their needs and inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns or questions.
Collaborate with team members and campaign managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Document call outcomes accurately and maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Continuously develop a deep understanding of the brand you're working with.
Strive for continuous improvement by participating in training sessions and staying updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and best practices during interactions with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
Enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
