The Strategy
Strike Team Mobility:
You are our "Special Forces." You must be prepared for ad-hoc travel across the North of England, including overnight stays to "rescue" high-value customers or cover appointments the field team cannot reach.
Lead Protection:
You are the insurance policy for our marketing spend. If a lead has 5k+ revenue potential, you ensure it is closed to protect the acquisition cost.
Feedback Loop:
You bridge the gap between the "Street" and the "Boardroom." Your learning reports will directly shape the company's training manuals and People Development Academy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Agency Management:
Oversee outsourced "Hot Key" agencies and personally confirm ~100 high-intent keys per month.
The Master Closer:
Close high-ticket deals (5k-20k) via video, telephone, opportunities the sales team did not convert or in-person "overflow" visits.
In-Field "Rescue":
Provide real-time support to field reps via video/phone to assist in closing difficult deals at the kitchen table.
Intellectual Property Creation:
Produce "High-Value Learning Reports" for the Sales Director and People Development Specialist to identify coaching gaps and improve team conversion.
High-Performance Compensation
Hot Key Quality Bonus:
Monthly bonus
if Hot Key acquisition cost remains under

Personal Sales:
3-5% Commission
on all personal closes (Virtual or In-Person).
Strategic Override:
Eligibility for
0.5% override
on
sales
after 3 months.
QA/Reporting Bonus:
200 monthly bonus
for timely, high-quality coaching reports.
