Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
• Conduct motorcycle test rides and handovers (A-class licence required)
• Provide expert advice on bikes, features, accessories, and the latest riding tech
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying process
• Attend motorbike shows, demo days, and dealership events to promote new models and engage with the biking community
• Help keep the showroom well-presented and stock information current

Requirements:

• Full UK Category A motorbike licence (essential)
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident
• A genuine passion for motorcycles, technology, and the latest developments in the biking world
• Willingness to attend events and work weekends
