Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our retail team, specializing in luggage and travel accessories. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, driving sales, and educating customers about our premium luggage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer travel needs to recommend suitable luggage solutions. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and warranties. Maintain deep knowledge of all luggage brands and models in the store. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a courteous manner. Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus. 2-6 years of retail or sales experience (experience with luggage or travel accessories is an asset). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
