Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Actively seek out new sales opportunities. Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction. Gather detailed information for projects, analyse the information provided to determine project requirements, and flag possible issues. Work closely with installation teams communicating all information gathered from the customer to ensure that all installations are completed successfully and to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements

Sales experience (construction or groundworks knowledge is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Ability to gather and analyse project requirements. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not essential.

This position is hybrid with possibility of fully remote employment for the right candidate.
