We pride ourselves on being the best around. We offer the UK a turnkey service (consulting, design, value engineering, and installation) of bespoke secondary glazing to commercial clients.

We are now expanding our offering with a dedicated bifold and patio sliding door division, designed to serve the needs of trade professionals. This is an exciting new chapter, and we're looking for a Bifold & Patio Slider Specialist to lead the charge.

The role



This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who knows the window and door industry, understands trade customers, and is ready to drive a new business arm from the ground up. You'll be the go-to expert for our bifold and patio slider products, handling everything from sales and marketing to account management and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Customer Relations



Support our Trade (external and internal) sales teams engage directly with trade customers (builders, installers, architects, developers) to promote and sell bifold and patio sliding doors Provide expert advice, support quoting, and follow through to close deals Visit customer sites when necessary and build lasting relationships within the trade sector Convert leads into loyal, repeat customers

Marketing & Brand Development



Work with the marketing manager to develop campaigns, materials, and digital content specific to the new product line Represent the bifold and patio door division at trade events, exhibitions, and local networking opportunities Help shape the brand identity and customer experience for this new offering

Account Management



Manage a growing portfolio of trade accounts with a focus on service, retention, and upselling Act as the single point of contact from enquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback

Product & Technical Expertise



Demonstrate a strong understanding of bifold and sliding door systems, including configurations, performance, and installation Provide technical support to trade customers and internal team members Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings

About You



We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in fenestration, ideally with knowledge of bifold/sliding systems Comfortable working with trade professionals and building long-term customer relationships Commercially minded with a passion for growing sales and spotting opportunities Organised, driven, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Self-motivated and confident representing a new product line in an evolving market Proficient with CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard business software In possession of a valid UK driving licence (essential for site/customer visits)
This role will be based at our Head Office (Dinnington, Sheffield). It would suit someone willing to travel, and happy to stay in hotels from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
