We are now seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our expanding sales team. You will be goal-orientated, thrives on challenges and passionate about?consultative?selling and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.?You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide?proposals whilst delivering our brand experience that?reflects?our?vision and?provides?a?top-class?sales?service.??

Responsibilities



Understand customer?requirements and?manage the sales process to?generate sales?that align with the Sales Strategy. Business Development activities that align with the overall business goals which include reaching out to potential clients through emails, cold/warm calling and building business relationships. Manage the development of signage strategies and projects to a point where these can be handed over for order processing. Raise?accurate?and?timely?paperwork for sales order processing, ensuring all customer requirements are captured?and?all?systems followed. Support the sales strategy, including participating in trade shows,?further training,?client?visits?and supply chain meetings where?appropriate. Support?the customer service and order coordinating team with order/project?delivery,?attending?design reviews,?and resolving?client issues. Create,?build?and?maintain?excellent client relationships. Visit clients or sites for meetings and surveys as?required. Resolve customer pain points/problem solve. Building up product knowledge. Negotiating orders and?contracts. Ensure that all projects are followed up in?a timely?manner,?and the?CRM?system?is?maintained.

Experience



Experience in a sales consultancy role in B2B environment or similar. Methodical, organised and process-oriented with strong time management skills. Must be a proactive thinker with the ability to?identify?opportunities and develop ideas to deliver?improvements. Ability to interpret design and engineering drawings. 'Can do' attitude; proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects. Advocate for the use of CRM software and suitable experience. High level?of accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Signage?or similar industry experience (interior, fitout, production, manufacturing, design agency, and fabrication). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to develop good internal and external business relationships. Strong Microsoft office skills.
