Working hours:

Full time / Hybrid working available, Monday - Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm

Reporting line:

Finance, IT & Estates Director, Lindab UK

Dotted line reporting to IT and Procurement

Travel requirements:

Regular overnight travel to UK branch network and distribution centres. Expenses paid

Purpose of the Role:



To oversee and optimise the flow of sales, stock, and production data across Lindab UK's distribution centres and branch network. Connect Sales, the Distribution Network and Production. The role will ensure accurate ERP Master Data and drive the transition to automated ordering and stock management processes. Initially focused on Lindab Ventilation, the scope will expand to include Ductmann and HAS-Vent.

Key Responsibilities:



Analyse and optimise sales, stock, and production figures across the UK network Review and maintain ERP Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency Lead the transition to automated ordering systems Collaborate with IT and Procurement to align systems and processes Identify and support the implementation process improvements across the supply chain and delivery logistics Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management Support integration and optimisation efforts across Ductmann and HAS-Vent Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards Implement M365 across the different business units in relation to Group timetable and requirements as a future project

Qualifications and Experience:



Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or data management roles Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably in a distribution or o manufacturing environment) Experience in process optimisation and data analysis Previous managerial or team leadership experience Experience working across multiple business units or group companies is an advantage

Skills and Competencies:



Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in data tools and ERP systems Ability to manage cross-functional projects Comfortable with hybrid working and regular travel Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable
