We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and support our talented team of sales advisors.

The Role:



As a Sales Supervisor, you will be a crucial part of our management team. This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with your own personal sales responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our field sales team while also actively selling our products to customers. You will lead by example, driving both team and personal sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the Aberdeen Blind Company.

Key Responsibilities:



Achieve personal sales targets by attending in-home appointments, providing expert advice, and closing sales. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of in-home sales advisors. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews. Monitor team sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing coaching and support to help them succeed. Handle escalated customer queries and ensure a high level of service is maintained. Assist in managing appointment diaries to ensure efficiency and maximise sales opportunities. Accompany sales advisors on appointments to provide training and feedback. Ensure all team members are confident in product knowledge and company sales processes. Liaise with the installation and administration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from sale to fitting.

What We Are Looking For:



Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the blinds, curtains, or home improvement industry. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is highly desirable. A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Full UK driving licence is essential. Based in or around the Aberdeen area.
