Duties
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
Manage inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with management to identify market trends and customer needs to inform product offerings.
Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Experience in training and developing staff is advantageous.
