Role Description
We're looking for an Electrical Sales Supervisor to take the lead in driving sales performance within our electrical department at our busy branch in Ladbroke Grove. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales experience in the electrical trade sector who is confident working with customers, managing orders, and building strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
Drive and grow sales to meet and exceed targets
Manage the full sales cycle from order through to delivery
Work closely with customers to understand and fulfil their needs
Promote our brand and services to new and existing customers
Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing
Set and manage customer pricing and margins
Help manage stock and process customer orders
Provide excellent customer service at every stage

We're looking for someone who can bring energy, expertise, and great customer service to the team. Ideally, you'll have:
Strong knowledge of electrical products and the electrical trade sector
Experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within a merchant or trade environment
Confidence in dealing with both customers and suppliers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, commercially minded approach to growing sales and margins
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service
