We are looking to recruit a Sales Support/Account Handler to help drive the next phase of our growth strategy. We are looking for someone who fits with our core values, putting our clients and colleagues at the centre of everything that we do.

The Role
You will be a key part of our customer facing Sales & Marketing team handling your own accounts and supporting senior management by producing accurate and innovative proposals and quotations. You will proactively engage with direct customers and advertising/media agencies to nurture relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate and detailed proposals and quotations for client marketing campaigns.
Tailor quotes to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring clarity around scope, pricing, and terms.
Manage and contribute towards internal processes and pricing policies.
Collaborate closely with all staff to align quotes and proposals with strategy and customer expectations.
Speak with clients to understand needs and identify opportunities for cross-sell or up-sell.
Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Track and manage quote status using internal CRM.
Standardise and improve quotation processes to boost efficiency.
Gather and communicate feedback from customers to support service improvement.
Liaise with and manage stakeholders to project manage all aspects of client campaigns.
Skills & Experience:
Experience and/or interest in working within a marketing/media sales environment would be an advantage - although full training will be given.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within set procedures.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
A strong customer service ethos.
