Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: On-site at Head Office, 61 Carrickfergus Road, Ballynure

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to get into the logistics industry to join our award-winning team. As Sales Support Administrator you will play a vital part in supporting our team with day-to-day tasks.


The Role:

Receive & quickly respond to customer pricing enquiries Record quotations on IT system Obtain customer feedback Receive bookings from customers and input onto our Transport Management System and price accordingly. Set up Customer Rate cards and manually price jobs Approval customer and partner invoices
Essential Criteria:

Previous administrative experience working within a fast paced, busy office environment Previous experience in the use of all Microsoft packages and in-house databases / management systems
Desirable Criteria:

Previous pricing jobs or providing quotation experience
