Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team in Magheralin, N Ireland. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Trade Sales channel in the development of existing and new business across the brands and product categories.

Working Pattern

5 day week, early Friday Finish (M-Th 08.30 to 17.00, Friday 08.30 to 16:00)

Responsibilities

Customer Data Management:

create and manage product information by key customer, loading seasonally onto customer trade portals.

Sales Data Management:

Maintain and update sales databases (CRM), track sales activities, and generate reports.

Coordination

: Liaise with account managers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Sales Assistance:

Provide data and guidance to the sales team, help with lead generation, and support sales strategies.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product launches and features to effectively assist customers and the sales team.

Teamworking:

As part of a small team of 2, the role will also require cover of other sales support areas during key trading periods and peak holiday seasons. Operating within all company and professional Health & Safety guidelines Attending staff training sessions as necessary Adhering to company policies and procedures Any other reasonable duties as requested by Directors or Management

The Person

Proven experience in a Sales Support Administration or related role. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
