You with have every tool from stationery to software required to send beautifully presented quotes and are encouraged to call a customer to discuss any questions than waiting in silence.

Role and responsibilities
Taking the information gathered by the sales team and Creating professional and managing the journey for customer quotations
Building rapport with customers and guiding them through the sales process, you will communicate appointment details and timeline expectations.
Following up on quotes and answering questions, and discussing timelines to start.
Working closely with the sales team to ensure they have everything they need. Including following up and gathering notes.
Maintaining the records on our CRM to ensure they are always up to date.
