Supporting the Commercial Account Managers and Business Development Managers within the sales teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy providing administrative assistance. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, working well on own initiative and within a team are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of high-quality customer service to all New Era customers.
Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls.
Assist with customer enquiries, such as: etas, Account queries, complaints.
Processing orders via email or phone.
Ensuring complete accuracy and up to date details on all orders processed.
Working closely with the team of Sales Support Administrators, utilising the shared inbox process.
Liaising and working closely with internal departments.
Liasing with Third Party Partners, with availability, price, aiming to maximise margin by obtaining/negotiating a competitive price.
Raising POs to assign to our Third Party Partners.
Sending daily and weekly prices to commercial customers.
Support with repeat and bi-weekly standing orders via an automatic upload within the system with keeping the data within the reports up to date.
Uncovering new leads and opportunities for the Sales Account Managers.
Support sales inboxes alongside sales support administrators when Annual leave and sickness occurs.
Support with any Ad-hoc administrative tasks and requests.
The successful candidate will have -
Previous experience within a sales administration role.
Confident telephone manner
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent multitasking skills.
Use of own initiative.
