Role Overview
The
Sales Support Administrator
will play a key role in supporting our
External Account Managers
, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and data management to maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to
External Account Managers
, assisting with daily tasks.
Communicate with clients and colleagues via
email and telephone
to ensure seamless coordination.
Accurately maintain and update
customer records
using Microsoft Office and OGL Profit4 (training provided).
Deliver excellent
customer service
, ensuring all client interactions are professional and efficient.
Assist in
order processing, quotations, and general sales administration
to support business operations.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Strong written and verbal communication
skills for clear, professional interactions.
Excellent

skills to foster positive relationships.
High attention to detail
and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
