Eaton Syalon are currently recruiting for an exclusive Sales Administrator opportunity on behalf of a key client based in North Nottingham. This is a varied role combining sales support, logistics coordination, supplier liaison and order processing. This is a permanent, full time role.

Key Responsibilities:



Process orders accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with suppliers to place orders, manage deliveries and resolve any issues. Coordinate logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth operations. Support the sales team with quotations, customer enquiries and general administration. Maintain accurate records, databases and order tracking systems. Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships. Monitor stock and supply levels, highlighting any changes or issues. Assist with resolving problems relating to order discrepancies, delays or queries.

Skills & Experience Required:



Previous experience in administration, order processing, or sales support is essential. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with suppliers and customers. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Reliable, proactive and eager to develop.
We are looking for someone who is:

Organised, dependable and accurate in their work. Proactive and solutions-focused, spotting and resolving issues quickly. Comfortable working independently but also a strong team player. Keen to learn and progress within the role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexibility to work 1 day per week from home, 4 days in the office)
Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
