About Style Matters
Style Matters is a well-established, family-run furniture manufacturer specialising in bespoke, UK-made furniture for the hospitality and commercial interiors sector. We work on fast-paced, detail-driven projects with interior designers, hotels, restaurants and leisure venues across the UK.
We are a small, hands-on team. This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, accuracy and high standards .
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, you will take ownership of sales administration and project support across multiple live FF&E projects. You must be confident working independently, managing your own workload, and dealing directly with clients, suppliers and contractors.
This is a demanding role requiring organisation, commercial awareness and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Client liaison via phone and email
Preparing, issuing and chasing quotations
Accurate project costings, pricing and margin awareness
Sales order processing and delivery scheduling
Procurement of goods and supplier coordination
Managing multiple projects from concept to completion
Maintaining exceptional customer service at all times
General sales and project administration to a consistently high standard

You struggle with numbers, costing or accuracy

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 10 years' experience
in administration, customer service or project management
Strong commercial and numerical mindset -- costing is a core part of the role
Proven experience supporting projects end-to-end
Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Confident communicator with clients and suppliers
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Full driving licence and own transport
Able to work full-time from our Knutsford office
Desirable (But Not Essential)
Experience in furniture, interiors, hospitality or FF&E
Adobe Creative Suite or PowerPoint experience
