Job Description

Holland & Sherry Limited is a long-established luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our small, yet busy, fast paced apparel showroom on Savile Row. The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service and administration, with at least 1 years' experience in luxury textile brands and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in fashion. They will be highly motivated, liaising between customers, the sales team and other internal departments. They will be able to achieve, maintain and increase high levels of sales and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:



Minimum 1 years' experience working in the luxury textile and fashion industry. Strong in-depth knowledge and interest of all stock and bespoke products offered by Holland & Sherry. Proficient in Microsoft. Positive, confident and professional attitude. High degree of self-motivation and ambition. Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and strengthen customer relationships. Skill to work independently and as part of a small focused team. Business and /or Textile third level qualification desirable but not essential.

The Role:



Process daily orders, sample requests and enquiries by phone/email. Maintain and update customer database. Support the sales team with the preparation of presentations, proposals and contracts. Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and invoicing. Confidently present the Companies products in an engaging and informative manner. Follow health, safety and environmental policies, guidelines and procedures and ensure compliance with policies on pricing and discount approvals as set out by the company at all times.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30, Saturday 9:30 to 17:30.
