We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our small, yet busy, fast paced apparel showroom on Savile Row. The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service and administration, with at least 1 years' experience in luxury textile brands and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in fashion. They will be highly motivated, liaising between customers, the sales team and other internal departments. They will be able to achieve, maintain and increase high levels of sales and customer satisfaction.
