We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and wider office team in achieving their objectives, and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations day-to-day providing administrative support, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming customer calls and route enquiries to the relevant departments (e.g. telesales, logistics, accounts). Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information on product availability, order status, delivery times, etc. Input and update sales orders, quotes, and customer details accurately into our internal systems. Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to help resolve delivery queries or delays. Support the external sales and telesales teams with administrative tasks, pricing updates, and customer follow-ups. Manage day-to-day office admin, such as filing, data entry, post handling, and stock control of office supplies. Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the sales office.

About You



Previous experience in a similar customer service or sales support role, ideally in a foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG environment. Confident communicator with a clear and professional telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with sales/order entry systems is a bonus. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
