About the Role....
We are looking for a highly organised Sales Support Administrator to take on a full-time role in our busy sales support department based at our offices in Maidenhead. The team is responsible for the management of the installation of our Residential projects and is constantly striving to improve our customer experience and processes. This is a busy team dealing with both our Customers and our Installations Operatives in the field, and as one of UK's largest providers of Solar PV Installations, we at Evergen Solar are looking for dedicated key people to support our growth.
What you'll be doing...
- Maintaining compliance documentation for the department dealing with customer contracts and paperwork.
- Building good relationships with sales teams to ensure they supply the correct information and documentation is relayed properly and is compliant.
- Liaising with Finance team and with Sales Managers to ensure cross invoicing is properly communicated
- Managing and organising a busy validations calendar
- Outbound calls to customers to ensure compliance is met
- Work closely with teams across multiple departments providing support where necessary
- Registering documentation for validation purposes
Essentials for this role...
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Excellent telephone manner and confidence in speaking with customers
- Must be competent user on various software platforms including MS Outlook, MS Excel, Google Sheets, SharePoint etc.
- This role will require you to be able to work closely with various teams and other members of staff so being a team player is essential.
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, with compliance administration experience.
- Experience of internal auditing and compliance documentation.
- Experience gained in the energy, construction, or logistics sector would also be a benefit.
