What you'll do:



The role of

Sales Coordinator

is to provide support to the external Sales team and other teams where needed. This includes:

Customer Relationship Management



Maintain close communication with key customers through regular contact. Support onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition into services. Communicate with major clients and key accounts to prevent order delays and ensure timely resolution of escalations.

Order and Operations Management



Manage end-to-end order processing, including placing orders via the portal for exclusive customers. Handle operational support, including sampling of new product ranges. Monitor and manage order flow to ensure customer commitments and delivery timelines are met. Coordinate special order requirements such as individual bagging and labelling. Liaise with production team leaders and internal stakeholders to align customer needs with operations.

Portal Administration



Administer and maintain the portal (customer, employee, or partner portal). Manage user access, roles, and permissions based on business needs. Regularly update portal content, menus, and product listings to ensure relevance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements for new features or improvements to the portal.

Administrative & Support Functions



Respond to inbound tickets and email enquiries in the Corporate / On Demand teams. Perform administrative tasks as required to support daily operations.

What you'll need:



To be a self-starter, able to work under own deadlines and initiatives. Excellent customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Able to work as part of a team. Excellent prioritisation skills and able to juggle competing demands. Computer literate: Microsoft office (Experience of Adobe suite would be desirable). Able to remain calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills. A desire to contribute to constantly improving our service. Technical aptitude for working with machines and computers. Ability to work at speed on multiple projects, accurately.
