The Role



We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-organised individual to join our busy Sales team as a Sales Support Administrator. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Taking and processing incoming sales orders and customer enquiries promptly and accurately Supporting our external sales team Using our bespoke computer system for order processing and administration Assisting with stock control General office and administrative duties

Skills



Confident and professional telephone manner Well organised and good attention to detail Previous experience in an administrative and/or sales environment would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided

Hours



Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm 37.5 hours per week After full training, working 1 Saturday in 4, 8am - 12 noon (paid at overtime rate of time and a half)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
