Job purpose



To ensure the smooth running of export orders, take ownership of the entire process from start to finish, while supporting our international customers. This role is important for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Duties and responsibilities



Understand and take ownership of 40 + export customer account procedures

Maintain all export customers manuals, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate

Work closely with the international sales manager, attending weekly update meeting

Understand how account requirements impact on other Inspecs departments and the warehouse and our suppliers

Communication of sales order status with our customers

Understand and manage customer sales forecasts

Customer service for export accounts

Handle data and order processing

To support the operations team with ad hoc tasks

Key Competencies/Skills



Understand of supply chain processes

Competent in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is desirable, but full training will be provided

Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritise multiple workloads from a variety of colleagues and customers

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Working location



Based in our Trowbridge warehouse, with occasional visits to the Bath office.
