We've just taken a brief from a well-established clothing manufacturer with exciting growth plans - aiming to grow their headcount by 25% in 2025! They're looking for a proactive, detail-loving Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This is your chance to work with a company that produces fashion for some of the biggest high street retailers and brands, playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly between internal teams and clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the crucial link between the business and its customers
Managing order processing, database updates, and reporting
Supporting client communications (even sitting in on meetings!)
Coordinating samples and making sure customer requests are handled quickly, correctly, and professionally
What We're Looking For:
Recent experience in sales support/admin within retail, fashion manufacturing, or wholesale
Comfortable working with ERP/database systems
Top-notch communication skills - both written and verbal
Highly organised with great time management and a laser eye for detail
Confident with MS Office (especially Excel)
Must be eligible to work in the UK
