Key role objective



As a Sales Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and reporting support to our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who is comfortable handling routine daily tasks, while also preparing accurate monthly reports. You will need to be detail-oriented, confident with Excel, proactive in solving problems, and able to build good working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key responsibilities



Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team. Prepare and maintain accurate monthly sales and performance reports in Excel. Process and maintain customer and partner information. Track and follow up on orders, deliveries, and service requests. Assist with meeting preparation (reports, documentation, agendas). Maintain accurate records across internal systems. Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Support in preparing PowerPoint presentations or visual summaries for meetings. Take initiative to improve processes and proactively solve problems.

Person specification



Essential:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors. Good organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities. Confident Excel skills (filters, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas). Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners.
Desirable:

Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role. Experience preparing reports or analysing data in Excel. Experience with ERP or workflow systems (e.g. SAP, Jira).

Working conditions



Office-based role in Warwick. Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Occasional travel for team meetings or partner visits may be required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 24,600.00 per year
