Job title: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Crown East, Worcester

Salary: 30k - 32k per annum

Hours: 08:00 - 16:45 Monday to Friday, with 45 minutes for breaks

We're a small and friendly team, with a growing reputation in the industry for our professional and rapid-response customer service, and we're currently looking to strengthen our Sales Team and Customer Service functions.

We are looking to recruit a professional and diligent Sales Support Administrator, who we can rely on to provide exceptional customer service and passionately look after our customers and keep them happy!

The initial requirement is for a hands-on approach, coordinating with our sales and client care teams and our valued clients to get jobs done and keep everyone happy.

The ability to operate with initiative is essential. Any competent Sales or Service Administrators looking for long term prospects may be interested in joining our small, dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities and Duties:



The candidate would need to assist the team effort by completing the following tasks:

Sales Team Support

(50% of time)

Client Care / Customer Service (25% of time)

Service & Contract Team Support (25% of time)


1. Sales Team & Office Support



Assisting with sales enquiries and Sales Support Drafting quotations and proposals Entering up of client and prospect data onto CRM and relevant spreadsheets Assisting with sales reports General administration duties Assisting with necessary office and facilities management duties

2. Client Care / Customer Service



Second Line answering the phones Fielding and dealing with incoming client calls (both sales & service related). Managing and processing relevant Email inboxes. Liaising with Sales & Service Teams to resolve client queries & keep customers happy. Processing & Printing Sales Orders for warehouse picking & despatch. Communicating Sales back order updates with customers.

3. Service Team Support



Fielding incoming service enquiries. Offering phone advice and technical support to clients. Entering up Service Call outs on to the Service System Respond to client emails and service calls promptly and keep them updated. Filing and amending of Service CRM and Paperwork/job sheets as required Assisting the Service Team with Service admin as required Generate and Circulate Reports to Sales & Service teams.

Qualifications and Skills



As a person you will need to possess the following attributes:



Preferably proven experience and proficiency in customer service. Display exceptional customer service skills Looking after Customers proactively and passionate to make them happy! Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and interact at all levels of business Keen eye for detail and ability to type accurately and proficiently Ability to coordinate effectively with third parties (clients, suppliers, marketing partners etc) An enthusiastic attitude Positive mind-set and focussed to complete tasks. Well presented, and upholding a smart appearance Be a good team player, strive for excellence, set an example that others can follow Respect and uphold the Company's values and pursue the Company's goals To use main features on a PC and quickly learn to use new CRM software Flexible and adaptable to new ideas and continual improvement within the business To be able to work independently or in open office environment without distraction Good organisational skills

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
