The Role:

As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, liaising with customers, car dealers, and lenders. Your role will involve handling communications, ensuring accurate paperwork, and contributing to the overall success of the finance application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Liaison:

Be the main point of contact for customers, dealers, and lenders, ensuring clear communication and efficient application processing.

Documentation & Paperwork:

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets lender requirements for approval.

Sales Target Achievement:

Thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets.

Self-Management:

Take ownership of your workload while maintaining exceptional service levels and attention to detail.
