Responsibilities:

Setting up warranties for customers and ensuring they are completed in time for collection.

Issuing finance documents to customers and ensuring they are signed correctly and in a timely manner.

Completing SECCI calls with the customers and confirming all vehicle & financial details.

Ensuring all proofs such as Driving Licence and any other relevant information is accurate and processed.

Arranging collections for customers after we have successfully paid out their deals and ensuring they are collected within company time scales.

Experience Required:

Highly organised and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with daily challenges

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

Work Schedule:

42 hours per week (Full-Time)

Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM

1 in 6 Saturdays required, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
