We're looking for a
Sales Support Assistant
to be the friendly, organised, and professional first point of contact for our sales department.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys helping others, and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious team.
What You'll Be Doing
Answering incoming phone calls and handling enquiries professionally
Booking viewings and valuations into our CRM system
Greeting visitors, applicants, and clients who come into the office
Updating property window cards and maintaining a presentable shop front
Sending out weekly and monthly
property performance reports
to vendors
Helping to keep the office clean, tidy, and welcoming
General admin support for the Sales team
What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great organisation and attention to detail
Confident using email, calendars, and CRM systems
A friendly, polite, and professional manner
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Experience in property or customer service (preferred but not essential)
