Pure are pleased to be working exclusivity for a great client, who are looking for a Sales Support Consultant join their busy team due to growth based on the outskirts of Colchester. The client specialises within the travel industry and are looking to grow their team!
The successful candidate will be effective and hard-working, conscientious with a positive and friendly attitude. This role requires flexibility of hours, passion for service delivery, energy application and vision as required by the business.
Main Duties:
- Managing existing business using a variety of means of communication and chasing up warm leads.
- Liaising with clients to ensure accurate tailored proposals are created.
- Costing the proposals accurately using our bespoke costing system.
- Providing accurate information regarding accommodation, travel options, visits.
- Servicing the clients\' requirements in the most efficient and effective way.
- Ensuring all internal guidelines are adhered to.
- Delivery of exceptional customer service and some sales administration
- liaising with support departments to request and confirm travel, accommodation / visit requirements
- Must have a least 1 years Sales experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent Administration skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Ability to resolve problems, work well under pressure
- Great IT skills in word and excel
