We're looking for someone who gets satisfaction from spreadsheets, perfectly processed bookings, and inboxes at zero. If you've got 1-2 years' experience in travel admin or operations in a travel company, and you're ready to grow - this is for you.
This isn't a "stepping stone to sales" or a job for someone dazzled by the glamour of travel. We want someone who enjoys the engine room - not just the view from the deck.
The Role:
- Answering phones
- Managing bookings from confirmation to post-tour
- Fixing issues pre-departure or in-resort
- Supporting the sales team with quote and client info
- Keeping all back-office admin running smoothly
- 1-2 years'+ travel industry admin/ops experience
- Methodical, intelligent, and eager to learn, a doer
- Comfortable juggling tasks and handling the unexpected
- Conscientious, calm, and a great communicator
The Offer:
- 24k-25k salary
- Fully remote (Cheltenham/Cirencester ideal as its central to all homeworkers)
