About the Role



The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the commercial teams in EcoOnline. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating sales activities and coordinating the necessary internal resources to optimize sales efficiency. Additionally, the role is also responsible to proceed transactional inbound/upsell opportunities and manage subscription.



Key Responsibilities:



Sales Administration & Coordination



Prepare, process and manage sales orders, contracts and other sales-related documents

Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with company policies.

Support in maintaining and updating customer records in Salesforce

Assist in preparation of presentations and proposals.

Coordinate any required activities between the sales team and the internal supporting functions to ensure seamless operations

Process and correct sales orders

Manage and update Salesforce Subscription data



Participate in ad hoc projects that support efficiency and revenue optimisation



What we're looking for:



Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Experience of SaaS subscription model preferred

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detailed-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
