We're a leading B2B wholesale distributor of blank apparel for customisation, supplying 4,000+ styles across 120+ brands to printers, decorators and retailers across the UK & Europe.What you'll do:
Own order processing and day?to?day account support (including sensitive accounts) Handle inbound calls/emails and resolve queries quickly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on?time delivery Keep meticulous records and meet KPIs (accuracy & call retention) Act as a key contact for Internal & Field Sales

Confident phone manner; clear written/verbal comms Calm, organised and customer?first under pressure Team player; Excel/Word savvy and quick to learn new systems Discreet with data and strong multitasking skills
