Job Description

Nugent Components are the designated supplier of spare parts for products sold by Nugent Engineering, Nugent Trailers and Nugent Coachworks. Their role is to fulfil and satisfy the needs of Nugent Customers and Distributors in the after care of their Nugent Product, whether it be a trailer, a piece of agricultural equipment, a recovery vehicle or even a concrete mixer.

It is an exciting time to join Nugent Components due to its continuing and ambitious growth plans. We would like to recruit Sales Support personnel to assist our team in developing the business within our current customer portfolio. This is a customer focused; sales support role with a career path for those that would like to grow further in the Nugent Group.

Job Purpose

Manage incoming enquiries from current & potential customers as well as internal queries from the Nugent group Inward and outward customer service-related calls as the business's central point of contact for sales enquiries Sales order processing using Intact (ERP system) via email or phone. Including liaising with customers, purchasing and accounts Maintain and update sales and customer records Ensuring data accuracy for order processing / invoicing Coordinating customer deliveries with warehouse staff ensuring accuracy and efficiency Achieve quick response times to quotes to maximise quote conversion

Essential criteria

1+ years of Sales support experience Good computer literacy Strong communication skills including verbal and written Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team Be accountable, reliable and hands on

Desirable criteria

Knowledge of products within the Nugent Group portfolio
