Purpose of the Role




The

Sales Support Coordinator

plays a key role in supporting Crasters commercial team by providing structured administrative support and proactive coordination for Account Managers. This role combines sales trip planning, lead qualification, CRM management, and operational support to ensure smooth client interactions and efficient internal communication.


Its an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and eager to build experience in a design-led, globally connected business.


Key Responsibilities




1. Sales Trip Planning & Coordination




Support Key Account Managers in planning and delivering productive sales trips. Research target regions to identify additional priority properties and contacts (e.g. F&B Managers, Directors, Executive Chefs). Build accurate contact lists and proactively reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to secure meetings. Coordinate with marketing to ensure relevant pre- and post-trip email communications are issued to maximise engagement. Manage trip tracking via Smartsheet recording planned visits, confirmed meetings, outcomes, and new opportunities generated. Review trip effectiveness post-travel, highlighting key learnings and pipeline updates.

2. Lead Qualification & Sales Support




Act as a first point of contact for inbound enquiries via web, email, or phone qualifying leads to assess fit and opportunity potential. Schedule introductory meetings or pass qualified opportunities to the relevant Account Manager. Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations as directed by Account Managers.

3. CRM, Administrative & Operational Support




Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, meeting notes, and opportunity progress within the CRM (HubSpot). Ensure all follow-ups, next steps, and key actions are logged and actioned promptly. Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for client visits and internal reviews. Support the organisation of trade shows and events, including preparation, coordination, and post-event follow-ups. Format and update client-facing materials such as presentations, proposals, and price lists. Handle general administrative tasks to enable Account Managers to focus on client delivery.

Skills, Experience & Capabilities




12 years experience in a sales support, client services, or coordination role (preferred).

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) preferred.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Additional language skills are highly advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new digital tools. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Previous experience in hospitality, design, or luxury sectors is an advantage.

Measures of Success




Efficient, well-researched, and results-driven sales trip planning. Qualified inbound leads managed promptly and effectively. CRM records consistently accurate and up to date. Positive feedback from Account Managers and clients on communication and coordination. Smooth execution of meetings, travel, and client outreach initiatives.
