Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Support & Demonstration Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary focus will be on carrying out the demonstration and installation for machines sold by our sales team, managing customer queries, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

Duties

Perform demonstrations of how all machinery and products work to potential buyers such as; demonstrating and installing primarily Case IH, Kverneland & Kubota Install new and used machines with customers in a safe and informative manner. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate with customers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery. Help organise shows and open days.

Requirements

Agricultural knowledge is a must along with a positive can-do attitude. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
